Cash on Delivery

You can pay for your order in cash upon receiving the package from the courier. You will receive an invoice as proof of payment, and you will sign a delivery receipt as confirmation of package delivery.

Cash or Card at Our Store

You can pay for your order in cash at our store. In accordance with the law, we only accept the local currency, the dinar. You will use this option if you choose "I will pick up" for the delivery option or if you are purchasing with a voucher (coupon code). You pay a certain amount, receive a code (voucher) worth that amount, and then shop on our website until the voucher balance is used up.

Bank Transfer

There is also an option for a direct bank transfer to our bank account at OTP Bank. In this case, the entire order amount is paid in advance, before shipping and receiving the ordered goods. You can use this option if you are located outside the city or in another country and want to top up a voucher for your elderly parents. You can then place orders for them, and the goods will be delivered to their doorstep without them having to be involved.
