How the Ordering and Production Process Works
To ensure high quality and reliable delivery, every project goes through several clear steps. This way, the customer always knows what to expect and at which stage their order is.
1. Agreement on dimensions and materials
We begin by defining all technical details: dimensions, material type, thickness, finish, and any additional requirements. If needed, we can also prepare a sketch or design proposal.
2. Price offer and production timeline
Based on the agreed specifications, we prepare a detailed offer that includes the final price, production time, and all important information. The customer can confirm the offer electronically or by phone.
3. Advance payment
After the offer is confirmed, the customer pays a 15% advance. This step is required so we can reserve materials and begin production.
4. Production of the product
Once the advance payment is received, we start manufacturing. The production process is carried out professionally, following all quality standards and agreed deadlines. If the customer wishes, we can provide photos during production.
5. Delivery and final payment
When the product is completed, we deliver it to the agreed address. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery, after the customer inspects and receives the product.
